Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed October 6, 2026
I want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Standard I'm working toward
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. It's a personal site I maintain myself, so I can't promise every page meets every criterion, but I fix problems as soon as I learn about them.
What's in place
- Descriptive alt text on images and badges
- Visible focus outlines for keyboard navigation
- The interactive backlog demo works without dragging: each card has move buttons that work with a mouse, touch, or keyboard
- A "Skip to content" link and a keyboard-friendly mobile menu
- Respect for your device's "reduce motion" setting
- Text colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
Known limitations
- The certificate PDFs are copies of documents issued by other organizations and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Each credential can also be checked through its "Verify" link, and I'm happy to send a text version on request.
- The GearUp prototype is a design demo. Its 3D wheel and car views are visual only, and the prototype isn't fully optimized for screen readers.
Report a barrier
If something on this site doesn't work for you, please email Lancebusiness044@gmail.com with the page and what happened. I aim to respond within 5 business days and can provide any content in another format.
